Going to try again...5 Day Pouch Test

I am going to try this again starting on Monday, July 19. I had some "life issues" come up midway through day 2 last time I tried but even just doing it for 1.5 days I could feel that it would have helped me some, physically and mentally. If you are interested in doing it too (starting on the same day) please leave a comment on here and let me know. Maybe we could support each other throught it.
